Go to the itunes store, on the bottom right navigation is Purchased.... Was also expecting on the Apple TV that through the new TV app and its link to my Library it would be able to include what is in my library in it's searches. So when I ask for a movie or so any results from my iTunes library would be included.

I have both my iPad and iPhone updated to iOS 10.2 beta. I am able to have the old Videos app still on my iPhone and home sharing works perfectly fine on that. But it won't even let me download the old Videos app from the App Store even though it gives me the card to view and download it when I do a springboard search. I have multiple devices for the family with multiple accounts, all of which share the same Home Sharing account. It used to work, and does on my personal device, but not the rest of the family sharing the same home sharing account.

See how your data is managed... I conclude that there is an issue with the TV App on my iPad; none of the common "network-based", "itunes-restart-based" troubleshooting steps apply. It’s nice on my apple tv; but, I really need the functionality of being able to see my Home Videos on my iPad and iphones.
Set up Home Sharing
Apple’s extensive emoji update doesn’t stop at characters and objects that will likely turn out to be extremely popular among iOS users. The company has also completely redesigned their emoji visual style with a modern, more realistic 3D appearance that increases the detail of every character. My son has a iPad Mini 2 that will not connect using our Home Sharing account. He has his own iTunes/iCloud account with family sharing set up with the same iCloud/iTunes account as our Homes Sharing.
We also boast an active community focused on purchasing decisions and technical aspects of the iPhone, iPod, iPad, and Mac platforms. When you start the app, you should be on the "Library" tab (check tab at bottom, you have "Library", "Watch Now", "Store" and "Search"). Select Home Sharing, then enter your Apple ID and click Turn on Home Sharing. Use the same Apple ID for every computer or device on your Home Sharing network.
TV App and Home Sharing
Here's what I see on the Library tab when I start the app. I haven't purchased or rented any videos, so that is OK, but there's nothing about home sharing at all. I have videos in iTunes on my Mac desktop that are shared using Home Sharing with my Apple ID. Home sharing is turned on and working; I can watch the videos on my Apple TV. Ask Different is a question and answer site for power users of Apple hardware and software. It only takes a minute to sign up.

It may be a simple effect, but a lot of work went into making it feel realistic. IOS 10.2 replaces the built-in Videos app with TV, a new centralized experience that, in addition to content from the iTunes Store, aggregates TV shows and movies from compatible apps in US App Store. Accordingly, Siri is more TV-savvy. You can ask it to continue watching a show on any device.

To see a shared library from a computer on your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, or Apple TV, you need to be signed in with the same Apple ID as the computer and connected to the same Wi-Fi network. On your Mac or PC, you can use Home Sharing to see shared libraries from other computers that are connected to the same Wi-Fi network and signed in with the same Apple ID. When not connected to cellular or wifi the tv app just hangs, if I connect to wifi then my home videos will show up after a long delay.
My iPhone 5 remembers that I was looking at home videos, but iPad and iPad mini makes me start with recently added. The tv app is extremely slow... Pretty disappointed with this update. The iOS TV app is currently pretty useless, as trying to find a show on Hulu is also slow, and rather clunky as it switches from the TV app to the Hulu app to watch the show. It’s not just for entertainment. A1000% worse performance is not something that I can reasonably overlook. I’m aghast that this was clearly not tested but it was pushed via a live update with no warning. Someone clearly doesn't understand the concept of QA and functional testing. The news IOS 10.2 TV.APP which replaces Videos App can’t access the iTunes Home Videos library on iPhones 5S, iPhone 6S plus, and iPad retina. On Apple TV, you can also tell it to watch live news and sports, including a glimpse of what's live at any given moment. And if you're not sure what to watch, Siri can offer recommendations. I redownloaded the videos app personally myself.

The second iMessage effect is technically impressive for a couple of reasons. This effect blows a heart-shaped balloon that flies across a conversation until it disappears. First, there’s haptic feedback when blowing the balloon, and it feels surprisingly accurate and pertinent to the animation displayed on screen. Second, when the balloon is flying up, the actual iMessage conversation is reflected on its glossy 3D surface.
